I opened the game and was immediately reminded of the tribal stage of Spore! (which is a complement - I also was heavily inspired by Spore this Jam!)
Hopefully you get a chance to finish the game someday!

Actually, we were inspired by Cult of the Lamb and WorldBox while making the game. But as you mentioned, it resembles the tribal stage of Spore. If I'm not mistaken, they both are under the category of real time strategy.
I hope my friends who are involved in the software part of the game are reading this. We can't finish the game without them. I appreciate your supportive comment. :)
