How did you bypass the soft lock?

I think by using the "candle cheat" they mentioned. I also found it, though I'm not sure I should say how because I think it's intended to be a dev test mode that regular players aren't supposed to have access to. But I'm also pretty sure it isn't supposed to be the only way to not get stuck.

Well, it's been termed a candle cheat, and there are most definitely candles in this game.

Yeah, the only thing is that they aren't visible in the pool. That's what's interesting. Which candle could it be referring to, the red.. Orb at the base of the pool?

So to bypass the error just go to the blue flame candle on the right side of the intro area. Its the debug and test guy named gog atm. The red pulsing pillar is the credits for the game. Currently only 1 person but hopefully will grow as the game does. Im uploading a fixed version atm anyway so should hopefully be all good from there
