I tried using it but I never get to day "3" (Morning After) Story, After the Hangout event it ends there but I'm still missing CG 13 to 22, meaning I don't get the morning after event of the Story

The Morning After Update hasn't been released yet, so the CGs coming in that update aren't in the version of the game you're playing.
The ones you're missing can be found by doing the following:
- Go to the club for the day 2 evening instead of going to Matt's apartment.
- Choose to hang out with the bartender, Griffin, after Alex's presentation. This will let you unlock 4 of the CGs.
- Continue hanging out with Griffin the rest of the night, including going to his apartment.
- Agree to hook up, and when the option comes up to ask him about Matt, choose it to unlock the rest of the CGs.
