Unless you pick a certain perk sex attacks will only do stamina damage, which will eventually kill the mob by exhaustion.
and the hp damage perk isn't really worth going for since only a tough build would want to build enough Combat to make it worthwhile like 50+
you will see yellow text instantly pop up and do like over 150+ sta damage a success
