I'm pretty sure I saw a small black smartphone in the sandbox menu; could possibly be Kel's phone in the future.
Also, there is a green locker on the map somewhere that is a direct reference to SCP-432.
that phone is heavily cracked and fucked looking, i doubt it functions, but my point still stands that he wouldn't have cell service or anything out thereplus i doubt they'll add any more SCP references beyond the green locker
