I got my ATV stuck in the water pit near Tango, I did the vehicle reset but unfortunately it does not reset. Pretty much soft locked since you can't swim down as far as I am aware

yeah, I came here to report that the ATV reset in the save menu doesn't seem to do anything - mine's clipped halfway through the garage wall and won't shift no matter what I try, so I'm going to try to make do without it. several people on Reddit seem to have had the same problem with the reset not resetting vehicle position, only fuel (and maybe health), though mine was fully-fuelled already, so I can't verify that.
