Yes. You just unpack and run without overriding game data. The saves are somewhere else (appdata) so they don't get lost when deleting directory. If you have any problems with saves not present. It may be related to bug that is in .202. where if one save got corrupted (on autosave) it would ignore all the saves. It was fixed. Althought they are not lost so it's all fine. To manually fix that you would have to delete the last corrupted save so all your other saves can get loaded without trouble.
