There are definitely a few technical hurdles you should consider for your next game jam. 3D is a bold choice for such a limited development time - you can keep the scope more manageable and do something more creative in 2D (try Godot or Unity maybe). You're clearly able to put a game together, and that's a great start, but making a 3D game in Unreal is a huge task for (presumably) a first time jammer.

Congrats on the submission and I hope you keep experimenting! Gamedev is a fun ride.
