I love this combination. My only quip would be to the different sounds when the block appears as it gets a little annoying hearing the same one each time. Great job!
Thanks! This was for an afternoon game jam. I agree. After playing it a few times, if I'd had more time the first thing I would've done is add more sound variations. But it does get under the skin this way, which might be fitting for horror.
