I would go as far to say your feedback isn't helpful to anyone smothered with insults the way yours is. Adjusting the way you talk to people will be very helpful if your intent is to have people take your criticisms seriously.
Its not criticism if all you are doing is telling them to fire someone over it. You could have just been a normal person and said i don't know "The game lags at times, MC comes off to strong, the pacing feels to slow".
