I'll just try to answer the couple that I'm sure I can...

Keep in mind that some that if all the info for the investigative questions is correct, you can just click submit with nothing selected.
Sofia (Police Officer) approaches you at the mall after working with Mario for a bit. I'm unsure how to get 'Living Weapon' as I'm still working on it.

The update may cause a lot of bugs if you try to use saves from an older version. Also this update has quite a few softlocks and bugs so you might want to wait for a 1.2A patch before starting.

Oh I know you don't have to select anything for the investigative questions, but even when I know the answers are correct it still says its wrong. And Marion says to come back next week but I can just wait a day and go back to him and I can retake the test. Is that a bug or intentional?

you should not select the right or wrong words, you should have to use your own reading comprehension, for example, the ninja says that her profession is an herb store, and indeed she has one, BUT IT IS NOT HER PROFESSION, and there are several things like that, it is not a search for the differences, it is to verify if the information is correct.
