Hey! I apologize for the issue, could I ask what version of macOS you're running on? Some versions have issues and I can't do anything about it unfortunately. For example, I think there was this exact issue on 10.15.17 Catalina.
I see, I fear that you're experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately it's something I cannot fix, it also only happens on specific versions that I don't have access to myself.
