HEY! not sure if this is useful at all. BUT!
I found something involving the saves and your dolls. This mainly applied to me, but may also help others.
(in my case i only had 8 dolls total, 4 default, 4 level 4)
1) if your dolls are reverting to level 1 after using the save importer, when you restore your save, using an older version (not sure if applies to current version) will (not 100% sure) make your most recent dolls/non default dolls the default dolls in the tutorial.
2) when going to the tangent twins tower, checking your dolls will reveal the name of the doll that you bought and finishing a level will cause the doll to revert their level
3) going out and finding those dolls, buying them back, and then reinserting your save using the save importer instead of using the tangent twins tower will bring them back at whatever level they were bought at
Your dolls will only keep their level if you buy them BEFORE finishing a run, you only go to the tangent twins tower to check their names before repurchasing them
I believe this is due to how things are saved in the registry (correct me if im wrong) and that if your save isnt working properly, its because the save transfer app didnt properly save every value in your portable save.
