It's unfortunate, but this maybe a situation that cannot be resolved. The version of Renpy that I use to code is likely not caught up with the life cycle of apps and computer systems. There are some things you can still try:

I noticed a message saying this app was designed for an older version of the operating system.

I have also tried installing version 1,4 and 1,5 and now they as well show above message and then it couldnt install as my phone is not compatible. Maybe the issue is with the latest Android update?

That's very possible, and we're sorry about the issue. Maybe with some time there will be an update to resolve this problem. It'll be up to renpy or Android to fix.
