Did you try this in the command line?
xattr -c /path/to/Electron.app sudo chmod -R 755 /path/to/Electron.app sudo chown -R $(whoami) /path/to/Electron.app
After trying it, still problem report.
Do I need to upload the report, if it's still helpful somehow?
