yeah i'm aware of an issue where if you restart but not at the end of the start platform (ie the wave didn't get you), you don't spend enough time getting to that croc, and also the wave 'starts' closer.
what looks like a restart currently isn't technically one.
Atleast im hoping thats what the issue is, i had thought the speed was different for a while too, but I don't think it is.
