You can. It'll be a secondary theme of one of the girls' route(one that isn't in the game yet) - to dodge all the bullets to get a good ending.

I'm not an expert on NTR tags variations but...
I can say that it'll be pretty much a vanila type. No broken hearts, no drama, just a twisted feeling of wrongness by both sides.
And if you DO go under the train, well... MC is being treated as a girl... NTR is by far not the main tag... All I'm gonna say.
