In any case, the answer is no. No android version planned. 

The only alternative I can suggest is to use an emulator. You can get most Renpy or even rpgMaker games to work with something like Joiplay.

Right click closes the menu and everything that counts as a menu (Save, Load, Memories, etc), it's a built-in Renpy function.

The Back button just basically jumps to another menu. "Back" does not mean a return to the previous screen, it's just a name for a button that executes a certain action.

The presumably most common case of you visiting characters' CGs or SCENEs is from the "Memories" menu, so the Back button returns you to that "Memories"  section.

Bulges would appear only in certain scenes if I need to make an accent on them. The reason is that Koikatu doesn't handle bulges well, they often break clothing textures, can be distinguished only at certain camera angles, require manual handling most of the time, etc. I came to the conclusion that I won't be able to keep it concistent, so as you correctly noticed there are no bulges and there rarely will be

1) Suzuki is the biggest, but you don't know how big exactly she is right now...

2) MC is average. The game will also have a few female characters so it can come in handy. But... it can be changed)

3) Love stomach bulge but it's hard to make in Koikatu. Not impossible, but hard. 

As long as it's hot I'll do it though. It just won't appear often.

4) I have another game idea for RPGMaker but I want to focus on one thing at the time, so I physically forced myself to stop working on it. I might start it again in the future, but it's too far ahead to say anything.

I know about this issue with lookin up memories from the journal, but despite it appearing like a simple bug, it requer a lot of quite complex code rearrangement. So I figured it might look a bit ugly, but as long as it works, it works.

Guess I should add fixing it into the shedule after all

I'm not an expert on NTR tags variations but...

I can say that it'll be pretty much a vanila type. No broken hearts, no drama, just a twisted feeling of wrongness by both sides.

And if you DO go under the train, well... MC is being treated as a girl... NTR is by far not the main tag... All I'm gonna say.

Koikatu indeed. No real animations planned other than simple gifs with effects.

Tested it, works for me. You might want to check your plugins and see if you have Ren'Py 8.2.1 instead of 7.7.1 

Renpy moved to Python 3 last year and it works a bit different. It's not a newer version of the launcher, but rather a different one.

You can. It'll be a secondary theme of one of the girls' route(one that isn't in the game yet) - to dodge all the bullets to get a good ending.
