I've read most of the relevant topics about quarantine and indexing and the most common recommendation is to wait or/and contact the support, which I've done several times already but to no result. I understand that quarantined pages are being reviewed manually but I don't think it should take that long...

The game was also out for several months already, and I'm pretty sure I wasn't doing anything the day it suddenly became quarantined. Now the only traffic I get is from the people who already follow me or through direct links from other recourses, but even then the number of downloads has dropped to less than 50 per day (whereas it used to be around 400):

Okay, I'll explore the issue.

The game is already too big for Itch.io and it will get only bigger, so I'll be using Mega and Google drive from now on. It's also easier for me as I don't have to upload updates to hundreds of resources and can just keep everything in two places.

Yeah, I think I can do that. I was slightly reluctant to go for it since I don't have mac and therefore can't check how it would work, but in theory it should be fine as it is, without me changing anything.

Well, but I can guess you're probably refering to Onori. The answer is simple. it's a bug. You've actually seen all 16 CG in her rl2, but renpy didn't recognize that because of some mishap in the code. 

This was fixed in v0.09

I don't get what icon you are talking about, do you have a "Download" button?

It won't ask you if you want to download it or what you want to download since it's a single file without a choice. It should just start installation immediately once you click the "Download" button.

How so? The only thing you need in v0.07 to unlock all the CGs is to raise relationship level...

If you're talking about v0.08, then you just need to spend time with characters in different locations.

In the game I simply deleted MC saying that Suzuki is his Aunt at the start of the game. That's it. That's actually the only place that mentions that they are blood-related.
