Well, but I can guess you're probably refering to Onori. The answer is simple. it's a bug. You've actually seen all 16 CG in her rl2, but renpy didn't recognize that because of some mishap in the code.
I don't get what icon you are talking about, do you have a "Download" button?
It won't ask you if you want to download it or what you want to download since it's a single file without a choice. It should just start installation immediately once you click the "Download" button.
In the game I simply deleted MC saying that Suzuki is his Aunt at the start of the game. That's it. That's actually the only place that mentions that they are blood-related.
As already mentioned the reason of the ban was incest and only that (for now at least). NSFW posts are allowed as long as they are "Paid members only" posts. You cannot post nudity only in "Public" posts.

Fortunately, several tweaks were enough to appeal to the issue. Basically, if you are wondering what changed - any mention or hint of incest was ceased. It's a bit bittersweet to be forced to change stuff, but since it wasn't the focus in the first place, it was rather easy to do.
But to take extra precautions, I'm gonna use my words more careful on Patreon from now on. To the point I'd rather not even mention the name of the game (because it has "Family" in it, bruh. I think that was the trigger for my content review).
I made all the characters myself, so you won't be able to find them on the internet.
I work alone and am thinking about getting a coder, but that's not going to happen anytime soon as I need to stabilize first. I can't make a quite drastic change in my approach to development until I get all the other things sorted out, and I have a lot on my plate right now.
Also, I don't have money to hire anyone in the first place anyway.
Doubt it. I'm being striked for incest, it's forbidden on the Patreon. I will try to play around it, but most likely Patreon is dead.
Subscribestar isn't an option either since my profile has been under their review for almost 3 weeks now. It seems they simply won't allow me on their platform.
The only other similar platforms I've seen people use are Boosty or Fanbox, but they don't look to perform well, and I don't really know much about either of them in the first place.
May I assume it happens every time the frame appears? The little cropped CG-like image I mean.
If so then I guess I know what is broken but I don't know exactly why...

So, first of all, thanks for the report. It turned out to be quite important information.
In short, the problem seems to be with one of the plugins for renpy I'm using. It's bugged for SOME systems and I was totally unaware of that. I looked it up, and it looks like the author has confirmed the issue and fixed it in the new version. I'll just update the pluggin and it should be good in the future.
Huh, okay, the fix itself should be simple. To run the game on joiplay you need renpy plugin 8.2.1 or above. That's it.
What's weird though is that I barely could find it myself. If I just searched "joiplay renpy plugin" it always proposed me 8.1.3 calling it the latest version (including their official site) when that's not true at all. The newer version has been released for a while now and I'm pretty sure it was easy to find before...
Right click closes the menu and everything that counts as a menu (Save, Load, Memories, etc), it's a built-in Renpy function.
The Back button just basically jumps to another menu. "Back" does not mean a return to the previous screen, it's just a name for a button that executes a certain action.
The presumably most common case of you visiting characters' CGs or SCENEs is from the "Memories" menu, so the Back button returns you to that "Memories" section.

Bulges would appear only in certain scenes if I need to make an accent on them. The reason is that Koikatu doesn't handle bulges well, they often break clothing textures, can be distinguished only atcertain camera angles, require manual handling most of the time, etc. I came to the conclusion that I won't be able to keep it concistent, so as you correctly noticed there are no bulges and there rarely will be

1) Suzuki is the biggest, but you don't know how big exactly she is right now...
2) MC is average. The game will also have a few female characters so it can come in handy. But... it can be changed)

4) I have another game idea for RPGMaker but I want to focus on one thing at the time, so I physically forced myself to stop working on it. I might start it again in the future, but it's too far ahead to say anything.

I know about this issue with lookin up memories from the journal, but despite it appearing like a simple bug, it requer a lot of quite complex code rearrangement. So I figured it might look a bit ugly, but as long as it works, it works.
Guess I should add fixing it into the shedule after all
