how it is even possible to miss something if there aren't any choices that lead different outcome? I have started the Novell from the beginning many times and tried all possible choices,  but outcome is always the same. some "choices" are grayed out/ disabled, but you can't choose them anyway.

This is simply not true.
I don't know what you are doing, but you are most likely doing it wrong.
The walkthrough mode is here to prove you wrong.

what walkthrough?

tell me how to choose "you are superb"?

Try helping Eve.

Preference / Game & help
Choose your path, start anew.

I already tried to help her and changed the path when I started the novel. that choice is grey every time.

Well, It's not grey for me.

Choose to help Eve and Jack will go out to the store. On his way back, he has the option to give Cassie a ride or not.
This option is greyed out because either you didn't help Eve, or you didn't give Cassie the ride she needed.

I hope that helps.

yeah it helped. Thank you.

I thought that you can choose "you look superb" even if you don't help Eve.

I must have dementia or something because Cassie's response was very familiar.

Sorry for complaining.

No worries.

There are a lot of options, some are significant, and some are not. Some will change things on a large scale, some will only impact the current dialogue. It's easy to get lost. I wanted it that way thinking it would push the player to play and replay the different paths in order to find new elements of the story he could have missed.
However, I also do understand that it might be a source of frustration. Especially when you feel like hitting the same wall multiple times.
