You can already turn off Futa; it just makes all the monsters female, and it limits the animations to those that work without dong in them. Perhaps there is a chance we could scale all breast sizes to nothing and you could use your imagination to fill the rest in. But we would never call them "males".

We won't be making the females into males, if we were to add a male counterpart we would do it by creating new models and new systems around them. For now, that will only happen once we are done with everything else in the game as I consider adding male monsters in the scope of feature creep.
