So I got fired and replaced because I didn't hang out with Tiffany where was she?
Only two reasons to get fired in this game.
1. You run out of energy and keel over on the job.
2. Corporate sees the folly of man and replaces you with a machine that can do the work more effectively.
Not spending time with Tiffany is a regret, not a reason.
So where is she? That way I can spend time with her.
She's in the workshop from day onwards :-)

Well, I got fired again but I went to the workshop on days 2 - 3 so I think I did something wrong or day 7 is the final day.
