Yup something bugg with the boss, I think. First time around I hacked all 4 terminals and killed the boss old fashioned way. The next two runs just ended when i reached the boss encounter.
there currently is a bug where if you don't load the page again the boss doesn't reset properly between runs. if you refresh the page it should be fine
