When Mario tells you to corrupt her, there are 3 options: Completely agree to his demands (probably forces you down the Mario Sharing route after she rides your dick, can't load an old save to test it), [Lie] that you are going to agree to his demands (this gives you a choice to avoid the Mario Sharing route after getting her to ride your dick), or outright refuse to his face (unknown if this blocks the path or if it automatically sends you down the arrest route after getting the daughter to ride you).
