I'm a guy and I guess I therefore have an innate tendency to look for a male protagonist's viewpoint with regard to sexual strategy and encounters in these AVN storylines. Having said that I'm thankfully no purist and have, over time, learnt the benefit of adopting a very open mind when choosing which type of AVN to support and why, hence my being here now extolling the virtues of Jonesy's amazing creations.

Anyway, I never for one moment got the impression, going in, that either "Christmas Eve" or "New Year's Daye" had a male protagonist. It seems clear as Daye that both are driven exclusively by their female lead characters and rightly so because, in my opinion, therein lies the true source of the success of both these masterpieces. In fact, to me, in comparison with many male protagonist AVNs, this male character plays an incredibly passive role in proceedings which, again I think, is what makes these stories so brilliantly heart-warming.

Much of the freshness and originality in these two tales is derived from the fact that although the sexuality underlies much of the story and permeates almost every scene, the mechanic, if you like, of being driven almost entirely by the young female leads and their natural curiosity, mischief and adventurousness completely bursts the usual balloon of illicit, surreptitious "pervyness" that envelopes so many of the "family-orientated", if you get my meaning, titles possessing a male protagonist.

It is this lack of sordidness which makes the storyline almost innocent and, as a result, all characters so endearing to we who are fortunate enough to have discovered these two...now with the wonderful addition of "Siren Song"...there you go, Jonesy, a totally deserving and shameless plug for you!...three, of course, marvellously creative gems.

Anyway, enough is enough. Suffice to say I endorse all that you say Rocket Girl. I, like I am certain all of Jonesy's supporters, feel very fortunate to be here and look forward to continuing our journey together all the way to the end of the line.

I 100 percent agree with you. Both Christmas Eve, NYE and Siren Song have legit reasons why things happen. It's not just cos pervs are gonna perv hahaha The Male MCs are great in these. Especially in Siren Song. And yes, the female characters are really well done and believable. They really feel more of an ensemble than just one center focus character. And as a musician myself, Siren Song definitely hits home haha I would have loved to join the song contest but my hands are tied VTubing right now *le sigh*

You guys are awesome. Thank you so much for the kind words. A few days ago I started playing around with AI generated music. I pasted in the lyrics to Charlie and Bobby's songs and filled out different prompts, and, viola! A song with vocals and everything. It's all at once impressive, fun, and terrifying how good some of the songs turn out. If you or anyone else wants to use that medium to create songs, feel free to send me the results. I'd love to hear them. I'll post the lyrics in the Siren Song devlog.

Yeah, I used to be totally against Ai generated music but.. then a friend of mine started doing it and his stuff was amazing. So I tried it in a pinch for one of my web series' sneak peaks and it turned out to be really liked by viewers so... yeah. I'm not against it any more hahaha

For sure. As a drummer I was always like *Shakes fist at sky* "DAMN YOU, DRUM MACHINES!!!!" But after playing around with these AI generators, I've found that for this application, they're pretty fun. Plus, they provide a certain amount of discretion and anonymity that some people might prefer if they're submitting music to a "pervy game".

Hahaha same. Percussion has always been my thing and the thought of not being able to have something to physically play or make contact with bugged the crap out of me. And then I got hooked on FL Studio drum kits hahahaha Honestly they also bring you characters to life more than getting a "real person" to record tracks, as silly as that might sound. Now Bobby and Charlotte can have their own voice thanks to technology. Would be a shame to waste that on biases I think. I've even considered using Ai to voice one of my main characters in my Fallout series. I just can't bring myself to get someone to do it for me, and with my accent I don't have the voice for her. This one small thing has held up season 2 for years. Now the tech is better to make it a reality.
