If you check the url, does it end with "/holoyiff"?

If it does, then everything is good so far. However, if you don't see a button at all, not even a button that says View in AR. Then it would indicate that there is some kind of error, that prevents everything else from loading.

Which iPhone model are you using?

Personally I have been using the iPhone SE Gen 3.

The url does end with “/holoyiff” but its a white screen, im using iPhone 7 Plus, on my computer the site does load but since its a computer I assume theres no camera options.

Thank  you for the information. Unfortunately it's likely that the iPhone 7 is too old to support this. But I will try to confirm if this is the case, or if it's just a matter of fixing a bug related to older iPhones.

I want to try to figure out which iPhones models are supported, but has not been able to so far. So it's really appreciated that you reported this.

Thank you for the help and just to verify the intended process is that after scanning the qr code labeled "Scan with your phone for AR" you are taken to a page with url "volxspace.com/holoyiff" and there will be the launch AR button?

Yep, that's correct!

However, it's also worth noting that you will need to use Safari for this. If you have set a different browser as the default, you'll just have to copy and paste the URL.

Once you tap on the open with launch AR button, you will be redirected to a different page, which presents you the option to install the Launch AR app if you don't already have it installed, otherwise it will give you the option to open it in the app.

I see, because when I enter the website all I see is the info button, but on some other devices I see a second qr code and the models at the bottom but no launch AR button

That's also intended. It depends on if the device supports Augmented reality.

For PC and Mac, you will see the QR code, as you can't use augmented reality on those platforms.

For Android and Quest, you will see a button that says View in AR, as augmented reality is supported directly in the browser.

Where as for iOS, at least on the newer models, you should see a button that says Open with Launch AR.

Hi again,

I have just pushed an update that may make it compatible on the iPhone 7 now. I can't guarantee that it will perform well, but hopefully it works at least. Please let me know if you're able to get it to work now.
