hey this error happened to me twice already when i closed the app and opened it again the game simply didn't register any of my inputs
Since you said app, was this in the mobile version specifically? I'm not sure what might be causing that to happen, but I can ask the designers of the game engine I use if they know of what could cause that to happen.
Yes from what I remember from playing in pc that bug wasn't there
