For the last Eevee scene, you need to ask the Eevee if you can help him. Unfortunately, I haven't worked on the game for a bit now, so I've forgotten most of what I've implemented; I'm not sure if I added an item for when you reform the Umbreon or are reformed from being eaten by the Umbreon. If you can tell me more, I may be able to answer the question!
Otherwise, the game currently won't be worked on... But if you are really interested in working on the game, you may make a mod for it! It is completely fine by me if you'd like to create an unofficial version of the game, provided it's not monetized, of course. If you'd like to talk more, join the server! I recommend joining the one that contains more news than not, as the other is being used more often for RP.
