I'll speed things up for your older game; it was probably overlooked. Your creator profile should also show up in searches once you have a game that does.

Profiles no longer appear in search result. That was changed with this change here https://itch.io/t/3818776/new-search-backend
You can search for profile names, but only games of that profile appear, not the profile itself. You can also now search for the alias of a profile, if this different from the actual profile name.
Hey! me again ...sorry to trouble you ...my first game is now coming in the search after you did something, but my second game is still not listed till now...also when some people try to access the second game directly, they get "[This Page Has Been Quarantined]" message...it's weird, is something wrong with my game page/account?
Hey! me again ...sorry to trouble you again... I had submitted my second game (https://godotgamedev.itch.io/stree-the-game) to Brackeys Game Jam and people are now continuously pointing out that they are not able to download the game and seeing "This page has been Quarantined" message. I don't know why the game was flagged for additional review, it's a common Horror game like other games on itch.io. But now because of this review, no one is able to play it and rate it in the Jam. I don't know how many days it will take to get it reviewed and if this delays then the jam will get over and all my effort will go in vain. I have even written to support, but there is no response yet. Could you please help to expedite the review and indexing process? Thanks in advance.
