Hey! me again ...sorry to trouble you again... I had submitted my second game (https://godotgamedev.itch.io/stree-the-game) to Brackeys Game Jam and people are now continuously pointing out that they are not able to download the game and seeing "This page has been Quarantined" message. I don't know why the game was flagged for additional review, it's a common Horror game like other games on itch.io. But now because of this review, no one is able to play it and rate it in the Jam. I don't know how many days it will take to get it reviewed and if this delays then the jam will get over and all my effort will go in vain. I have even written to support, but there is no response yet. Could you please help to expedite the review and indexing process? Thanks in advance.

A fan-made game based on the Indian movie "Stree".

Story: In the town of Chanderi, there is a widespread belief in the spirit of an angry woman known as Stree. During a four-day religious festival each year, she is said to stalk the men of the town, whispering their names and causing disappearances if they look back at her. To protect themselves, residents write 'o stree kal aana' in blood on their doorways. Additionally, men are advised to avoid going out alone after 10 PM during the festival and to move in groups for safety.

Vicky, a ladies' tailor in Chanderi, encounters a mysterious girl during the annual pooja season and falls in love with her at first sight. She requests him to stitch a lehanga. However, her frequent disappearances and unusual shopping list—containing items like a lizard's tail, white cat's fur, Datura flowers, meat, and brandy—raise concerns for his friend Bittu, who suspects she might be Stree. This suspicion deepens after another friend, Janna, is kidnapped by Stree. Vicky also grows wary of the girl and confronts her, but she vanishes yet again.

Vicky, Bittu and Rudra Bhaiya, the town's librarian and a paranologist, seek a way to save their friend Janna. They discover a partially torn book titled Chanderi Puran in Rudra's library, which details Stree's story and mentions an old fort. Vicky recognizes the fort from a date with the Girl. The trio visits the fort, believed to be Stree's lair, to find Janna. Stree drives away Rudra and captures Bittu.

You now play as Vicky. You have 4 days to rescue your friends and save Chanderi from Stree.

Hey! thanks for the response. But I have been almost daily checking from past 1 month by searching my first game in the search box (in top menu bar) and it never appeared till now. Something is wrong , my account and both of my games still do not appear in search.

Hi, my games and my account are not showing up in the search. Also when I released my latest game, it did not appear in most recent game list. I saw few years back others have also reported similar issue and they were told to wait till the weekend till it gets indexed, but in my case it's been more than a month now. Could someone please help?

There seems to be no rules or theme for the Jam, the only focus is on 'Level Design', so looks like a relaxed game jam...I think we can start early....just have fun :)

Hey! thanks for checking out... ya the browser version has issues rendering the graphics ...but the game works fine at least on my PC. If you want to give another try, you can try the windows version, it should work fine.

Hey! thanks for playing and for the feedback. Regarding visuals, ya I know, I too am not happy with them, I just did this one very quickly and also my focus was to make it playable in browser & mobile by using low poly models and very basic tile textures...which to some extent helped to make it run in the browser.

I really enjoyed some of the visuals in this game, some of it just having the right amount of weirdness to it to creep me out. Although there is a pretty big inconsistency in the visuals, I like the final mesh of it all, really uncanny. I did have a hard time understanding what to do however, I think having an objective list would have helped a lot.

Also that intro got a big laugh out of me. Did not expect that.

If you give it a try again, then the objective is to rescue your wife 'Babita' who has been trapped by the ghost of 'BIMLA'. You need to find the keys to the locked rooms to open them to get all the required items for the ritual. Once you place all the items in the yantra (the orange circle where Tatya Vinchu is standing), BIMLA will get trapped in the yantra and one of the rooms where Babita is captured will get unlocked. You then just need to find her.

Hey! Thanks for playing and streaming my game. I'm glad you had fun. Also, saw that you tried the browser version of the game, it has few glitches like the graphics are not proper, the pick and drop also gives issues sometimes. The Windows executable works fine, if you plan to complete the game later, then download and play the EXE file.
