Nice game, but I have to tell you a golden rule of game dev, as I was taught it: make bounding boxes of things that are beneficial to players bigger then onscreen object, so player can collect it even if he missed it a bit and make boxes of harmful objecs smaller than object so player have a bit of grace in interaction. Why I am tellin you this? Because your lightnings killing player without touching it :D Like 10-15 pixel gap between you and lightning and you still dead :)
