Oh I forgot about that. Well I'm past the point of no return, so it's time to wait for the game's release. Next time I see the curio, I'll try this out and check to see if the curio completion is kept since I'm curious.
Ok, after realizing I didn't need to see the same curio again to test this out, I can confirm that rewinding time doesn't let you keep curio completion. So you must accept consequences in order to have a 100% complete curio log on a save since item and curio logs are tied to each individual save.
