First time I saw the sunray mechanic I was super impressed--that was neat!
Maybe I'm just bad at platformers (likely) but the grey clouds were kinda janky and unreliable/unintuitive to perform the jumps and dashes, and I was becoming frustrated.
Keep on developing this concept, it is very creative!
