After a few upgrades, the ship's movement and shooting both feel really nice. I would have appreciated a bit of clarity on what the various bars meant early on.

Thanks for the review mate. The original plan was to have the ship be able to shoot but I didn't have enough time to make all the upgrades. The doup ship is a bit annoying.. it happened so rarely I couldn't rly pin point the problem. I do plan on building this out, and I'm playing around with the multiple waves per jump gameplay. Too hard to balance it all in a week lol.
