I love this but I'm totally stumped on the final part with the fight, may I have any hints? :)

Have you tried to distract the beast? Is there something in the room you could use?
Yeah, I've tried using or throwing the mirror and the jacket to no avail, I can't seem to do anything with the coals, typewriter, phone or supplies. Is there something really obvious that I'm missing? :)
