Ok, I played it! There's some nice concepts here, leveling up your dragon by fighting and meditating. I only got one gem after several fights, though, so couldn't upgrade anything. Meditating takes too long in my opinion, but I like the idea of having a minigame associated with it. It might be better if you could just play the minigame 1-5 times to meditate, rather than wait 20 minutes (unless you want to take the the full-on idle game route, in which case you'd design things differently). The minigame (math problem) doesn't accept the right answer though, only the wrong ones. In my first try, I tried fighting and died pretty quick. On my second try, I meditated and returned to the game every half-an-hour or so to restart meditating. Then I started fighting again, and got my first gem after 20 fights or so. It wasn't enough to upgrade, might be better to give those to the player more often. Feels like the game could go somewhere if there was more gameplay. Right now it's either pressing M every 20 minutes, or F every 10 seconds. Btw, it's impressive that you made it in .bat code instead of using a game engine. I don't think many people did that for the jam. Good luck developing the concept further (if that is your intent)!

Thanks for playing! Thanks for the feedback! Thanks yeah the MiniGame was actually ripped from my https://sarainia.itch.io/core-math-clicker game in which both right and wrong answers did work in that and still do however but I dunno maybe I forgot to carry over a simple script over by chance!? And yes I do agree the Meditation is very long 1200 seconds to be precise however I was on 2nd last day so instead of hunkering down to figure what a person can do I just copied over some code and threw it in the extra file! And regardless that extra file does not affect the game in any way! In fact watching youtube or playing another game when meditating or doing chores has literally the same exact effect I just threw it in just to have something thrown up so people don't get bored off the bat but what I can do is work that into the main game and not be a boredom defense and make it a 5 questions they have to get right sorta thingy and remove the 1200 second timer! But then again when Monks meditate usually it can be hours to if not days! So 20 mins might be the right track for the player to feel immersive in it but maybe I need yet another workaround for the MiniGame instead for now I don't have any serious ideas that pop to my mind! Plus I need to fix the chosen ability part so when you die that your not given defaults! Cuz to choose the upgrades and weaknesses only ever trigger upon character creation but if you die then well there is not that screen to start from again so that is yet another ting to work on someday! Atm the MiniGame for now is not solely part of the game it just sorta fits the theme of Lohi meditating about numbers and sorta introduces you to my other game in a lesser way! Far as me making this into a further game or expand on concepts well I will leave it open for now as projects to stay looking at for now maybe I will complete it in full :)
PS ... I chose .bat code because it's a very text based way of doing things and I don't have current working knowledge how to even add wingdings or unicode so based on that knowledge I was already set in stone to be Ascii all the way and all I had to come up with after checking that Box of knowledge off was Just the "Dragon and Dungeon" part lols :P Though I was gonna initially rip code from core math clicker it came apparent I needed a different structure for Stats thus old code for me was actually quite useless and I had to build the whole foundation up! had I been able to just copy most the code over I woulda worked on animated characters and mobs which I still might do btw! The only thing animated was the Numbers in which I remembered a show called The Matrix which was numbers so I remembered a past project I done not on itch btw and I coded up The Matrix and chose like a Purplish color to signify not green but like Psychic meditation ish like feel as Purplish color kinda reminded me as that so this project sorta took me down memory lane in a few areas! Unfortunately I was not able to reuse code thus the game all you can do is "M" and "F" for now! I wanted to get a Storekeeper in the game and also even have items at one point! Well Regen Bread was as far as items went lols and that was not a true item it was just a number stored by text saying Regen Bread followed with an in battle function to use it! So yeah.. Not yet an object/item quite yet but almost there. :D
