Ceasefire and friend requests are used for if you're playing with another person

  Why can't I send soldiers to a country I'm not a neighbor of? Example: I am Spain and I declared war on Belgium, why can't I send soldiers there? Just because I don't share a border with them?

Why please change that it Whole be Way more funnier, if I use navy I can move my army with ships to a country I don't border?

Enabling navy will allow you to do that but keep in mind that means naval connections will be disabled and the AI will be completely landlocked since they can't make ships

They don't automatically get updated though so you'll have to manually download the newest version each time it comes out if you want to stay up-to-date
