The art is superb, full of life and charm! I like the soundtrack, even if it's a little quiet at times. That's a great GBJAM 12 splash screen!
As an unfinished prototype, it's quite interesting! There was a lot of care and thought put into making a game conducive to great artwork: the cutscenes, the facial animations, unique walk and attack animations, the slate of awesome splash animations for the exorcisms, et cetera. Conceptually, it's a strong foundation!
It goes without saying that the mechanics, in their current state, are quite fragile. I was able to reactivate the exorcism screen while I was still performing an exorcism. Some sort of level restart would be nice to prevent the softlocks that can occur from falling into inescapable pits. The floating ghost exorcism doesn't seem to change the character. It's a bit difficult to anticipate obstacles with the current camera and level setup. Just a lot of little details that can be worked out over time.
However, I managed to get to the end!
