Your games are definitely fun in concept I so wanted to see these develop further they also inspired ideas of my own and started to try learning Unity... I can honestly see how you can lose energy and focus. I've tried the essentials and can't get anything to sink in. My bonus scene effects dont work properly or not at all, I can't even get started on the damn gallery scene and the tutorials seem incomplete and not matching the software. Learning doesn't appear to be structured and in a logical order to guide those of us with zero experience and no clue effectively. How did you learn to create what you already have? I really wish I could get some creation going here.

Oh dang!
Sorry for the really late reply... I only pop in here once in a very while... ^^;

Anyways... Actually I literally had "Game Development" for College course! XD
Still... I also have to say that I never had the time nor energy to put actual effort into my games... the fact I have a really busy life and that I get no monetary return from any of my creative works really doesn't help... T-T

Either way...
Yeah... learning Unity can be quite the trick.

I'd advise you to try to find the most complete and full course... even if it is through Youtube tutorials if you don't want to spend money on it...

See the step-by-step on how to create a few games... Best if you do that for a few different kinds of games.

But not only do exactly as it is being taught... actually question yourself about it.
Try to learn every "why" behind what each of the things is being done.

How those Unity features work... Check on the Unity API documents to understand the code lines and commands and so on.

And you grow from there.

So basically you watch these full game tutorials, and take it as a "spine" for your basic understandings, as a reference of what kind of stuff can be done... and from there, expand your knowledges searching forbetter understanding how each of these possibilities are done and how they work.

Hope this can be of some help! ^^

unity has just had an update to Unity 6 so I’m doing the essential tutorial from scratch again still not helped my difficulty though I was also trying the karting and fps mini game tutorials on YouTube they were so outdated it was unreal. I’ll just have to keep trying though. I’m coming to accept that I’m just too thick for game development though haha which is a shame because I wanted to do some nudist games after playing yours 😅

Oh!

It got updated?

Didn’t know it once I don’t get my fingers into game development for a long time… ^^;

Still… there is no way of using older versions of Unity? Usually it is possible with the Unity Hub.

Either way… that’s a shame…

The world sure needs more nudist content…

Either way, if in the end and after trying a lot you’re not feeling like it is for you I guess there is no point on keep forcing yourself into something that brings more annoyance than anything else…. ^^;

The older versions available still don't match and they dont warn of potential faults that can crop up for example the Karting microgame I got as far as the ML agent kart and the ML keeps crashing throwing itself off the track or turning around. I followed the tutorial and then copied everything the way the traning scenes have it set up. Still nada.  Anyway I aint giving up yet

Oohh...

Sorry for that... ^^;

Hope you can get stuff to work! ^^

Well, managed roll a ball tutorial will try out some of the recommendations they suggested at the end of it
