I wasn't sure what to do or where to go :-( The game looked very zoomed into the hand for me, not sure if that's intended. The models look great though and the musical atmosphere works very well!
I uploaded a downloadable version to my page, if the web version isn't working.
Also if you start the game and move your mouse while the message is up, you can get turned around. The start is very dark, but you should see a light in the distance you can walk to.
