Great little game. Could've used some real 3d. 😈

I think this is fantastic! <3 its an awesome little concept which fits the theme like a glove! Could it use a hint here or there, yes. But for a week's worth of work! super awesome! Top marks all around imo!

Well done Desist! Good Proof of concept. A platformer with appropriate math (or other learning) could be a great learning tool!

This is a great game!

For the people who use a "normal" QWERTY keyboard. the timestop key is 'Q' instead of A on the tooltip.

I think this fitted the theme very well! While a simple platformer, it does require learning by failing AND for as far as I can see you teach that there are 4 seasons ^_^ <3 well done! Also the controls seems pretty good and even seems to have some nice quality of life features such as coyote time and jumpbuffering. <3 Very impressive for a week.

Thank you for playing and leaving a message <3

Thanks for playing! I agree with all your feedback. In a scenario where I would keep building this, I would probably start with a number of monsters who just die (but that obviously doesn't fit the theme ;-) ). Then some who need to be banished, then some other new mechanic (for either you or the monster, maybe more die faces or special abilities) to keep variety.

Thanks for playing John, I had a good time rooting for you on the other side of the stream xD Much thanks for organizing!

Considering your situation first things first: I hope you're safe!

The game has good potential. I wasn't sure how to use the asteroids, but I had fun making a 30M+ density one xD Well done!

Thank you for playing and the kind words <3

I'm sorry about your ears :-) I did notice it on Wootsdev's stream.

Lesson learned from this: future games will include a volume slider. <3

Thanks for playing

haha, thank you for the kind words and for playing for so long <3

Thanks for playing! <3

Thanks for playing on stream! ^_^

It is still super well made though! <3

Thank you for playing. I was a little worried that the banish mechanic was going to a little difficult to communicate.

In short, the combination shown in the monster window is the spell combination (they start unknown).

- Each turn when you deal damage it has a 20% chance per damage point of revealing a component slot.
- When you down a monster to 0 HP, it reveals a extra number of component slots (except for the Phoenix).

In order to cast a banish you must set the banish combination in the dice box and attempt to banish.

Once again, thanks for playing!

Thanks for the kind words, and thank you for playing ^_^

This is fun game! I thought at first that it was too easy, but then some time passed and that snail comes really close xD Really fun! Well done <3

This is an interesting concept! I love the phase changes. I didnt figure out the end. (i got too the room in an "emergancy state). Well done, looks great, good audio.

This is kind of a fun take on the theme.  (Agree with the others, it needs some kickass music)

Made it to 11:20 xD Well done! thanks!

Wouldn't be surprised to see this game in the left half of tiktok videos soon xD Its fun to do and suprisingly difficult to keep up your "army". One gripe i had is that the  font is terribly hard to read xD

I couldn't get into a game. Tutorial or anything else (Same as Robots in Disguise). Big sad, the cinematic and environment looked EPIC!

Thank you for playing and the kind words <3

Look great, very hard.  Well done! <3

Yea, I noticed on the 2nd boot ^_^ The Godot tooltips like to be a little slow ^_^

I think there is a bug where you only need the bones. Its a nice little story around the jam theme, that's great! ^_^

Well done, love it! <3

This is a vibe ^_^ Very cute game and alot of potential for more content. <3 Excellent art style. (I did however press the exit button by accident in the menu xD)

This is fun, not 100% my style of game, but the idea is very good. Great intro, good story. Good helpful hints ^_^ Well done!

I have really enjoyed myself with this. Its very well made! Well done ^_^ Love it. The art is fantastic, the music and SFX are great as is the VO.

This game is beautiful, it captures the panic of a city attacked ^_^.  Big Red got stuck on some buildings sometimes, this is alot of fun xD

I hope I can play it after the voting ends! <3

I will try with that later tonight!

EDIT: Couldn't wait, did it right now. Yea! That works amazingly, the concept is super unique and it works well! Well done!

It was unfortunatly. I'll try some other browsers tonight, otherwise add it to the pile of Download games to try ^_^

Thank you for playing! I kind of rushed the balance in the end. I think it can be better, you are right about that. I think the monsters can be scarier, so that you have to really think about protecting while also attacking.

Don't forget to publish it on itch anyway ^_^

Its a very valuable lesson: Build early, build often.

It'll be better next time! ^_^

This actually makes me very happy. This goes really hard. <3 well done!

Can't really run this game on windows. The .exe says the pck file is missing. Shame. I was hoping to experience the jitter and acid trip myself ^_^

Ok, this is super impressive and my actually favorite of the jam so far! Well done! The VO, gameplay, animations and story are all well done! <3  I had some trouble inferringthe theme, but, its so good though.
