hi! so i bought this a while ago, and i'm trying to update but itch is saying i haven't bought it yet, does anyone know how to fix this

Make sure you are using the same email you used when bought the game.

Download the Itch.io app (https://itch.io/app)

You should see a hub of all PURCHASED GAMES.

Right-click "That's Not My Neighbor."

Click on "Check for updates."

Download the update.

Alternative option:

Uninstall "That's Not My Neighbor."

Download the Itch.io app (https://itch.io/app).

You should see a hub of all PURCHASED GAMES.

Redownload "That's Not My Neighbor."

The updates should automatically download.

just tried this and it's still not showing up. i haven't changed my email so i'm not too sure what's going on. thank you, though

You can also check in your email if you have an email from itch.io with a link to download the game, the email is from when you bought the game.

It doesn't show on this page. Go to: https://itch.io/

On the left hit the down arrow next to your name. Hit "My Library" it should show there. Hit "Download". Download the latest version. You can also find it here: https://itch.io/my-collections
