Hi! I looked into it and can't reproduce the problem, and other people don't seem to encounter it either.
When loading the save, a popup choice appears that asks you if you want to enter the gallery or go back to menu. It should only be able to boot you back to the menu if you decline that choice, or the game should crash if something else is wrong (like files missing). No idea what's causing your issue!
