I experienced the same bug in Chrome. After beating the first level, the transition kind of breaks and then everything shakes and you cannot move anymore. Did work well in Firefox.
The physics work very well otherwise, and I, too, really like the gum animations, nicely done! It just lacks some more variety, like, for example, a gum that has two states, a deadly one and one you can jump on to reach higher platforms or so.
