From what I understand the point was to make it diverse and inclusive, so no matter the gender or orientation, the game would be enjoyable, but because most people who play it are gay it's leaning more towards male content.

Being a bara fan myself I totally understand, but some straight content would be logical and beneficial for the story, a world with only gay men would be boring and wouldn't make sense.

Oh don't get me wrong I think having female characters in the game is a plus but maybe adding the option for female npc and monsters would have made more sense after the main game was already completed as now it means more commissioning for the pictures and a generally longer process for a game that could of been completed much sooner as 1 picture per month which would take 2 years for 24 character portraits and that's not including monsters and scenes...

It's not just about the pictures, they are important and Zoroj is doing a great job, but it's more about the story, and the author needs time and inspiration. You can't calculate imagination and art creativity.
