Just an idea, what if you make the inventory look similar to minecraft for example and give items icons, you can even modify notify screen to show item icon when lost or added.
Like so:

Another thing is items weight, MC shouldn't be able to carry tons of things and travel normally.
1 - That was long, it felt like a life or death situation, just chill.
2 - People are moving towards phones more, so android version is more useful, especially if you don't want to get caught on your PC playing an erotic game.
3 - YOU don't get it, it's a one time setup, tweaking and fixing the UI then everything is good, even renpy makes it easier.
Just to be clear, I only care about content, beautiful art and amazing story/interactions is all I want, I would even prefer if Hyao kept this PC only, but he just said "not now" so people will keep bringing that up. And my reply above was about respectfully not lashing out at people you don't know.
I'm a developer and I DO care what users want, because it's necessary to know how to make my projects better and keep them relevant. On the contrary, people actually lose interest when they're ignored or if devs are rude.
Saying "please" is not "bitching", what you're doing is. Some users don't have access to certain platforms so a more common one, android in this case, would make the game more accessible.
Hyao, if you're reading this, a note in the description above that android version is not coming anytime soon would be a better approach for those requests.

From what I understand the point was to make it diverse and inclusive, so no matter the gender or orientation, the game would be enjoyable, but because most people who play it are gay it's leaning more towards male content.
Being a bara fan myself I totally understand, but some straight content would be logical and beneficial for the story, a world with only gay men would be boring and wouldn't make sense.
Some notes/suggestions:
1. As a top, MC can't have novice guard and submissive merchant scenes if cocky guard doesn't like him, and that's not gonna happen unless MC submits to him. So another way to raise his like bar is needed, or make the scenes independent, we don't need his approval to interact with the merchant, plus he said "Seems like we are both in need of some bitch" and MC found the young lad why not share just like novice guard as *friends* ?
2. As a vers, MC should be able to choose his role if experienced enough, with the same content without breaking the game mechanics.
3. As a female, MC can't have normal service with bartender which should be normal since he's not completely gay.
I played the game a lot so it's only fair to tell my opinion, I'm personally not a fan of lizardmen not just in the game but in general even in anime, but what I'm excited about is orcs, especially knowing that Zoroj loves them too.
