How do you ask for help in the Angela event? It just tells me to ask specific people but there's no explanation as to how to do that.
You should have a specific talk subject for each NPC
I've found the option for mike but dwayne doesn't have one. Do you need a certain level of affinity with him to get the option? And how do I meet victor again after his first event?
