It depends on the person imo, would you tell anybody about things you might question to be real in the first place?
Also would you want Lucy to be worried about you?
After the other people in class said she was missing, I'd know she was real and I wasn't halucinating.
So at that point, I'd start telilng everyone what I could remember of it... probably call the police too.
Better for Lucy to be worried for a classmate which the police might rescue then to say nothing and have her never show up again.
I mean I don't know what was intended for the story, but until the cliffhanger there, I assumed she was never coming back.

After what happened when they spoke about her in class and the hallucination of her appeared? I wouldn't trust my mind afterward :D but it's also a possible way to tell them afterward, yeah. I just didn't give the option to do so. MC tries to find her by himself, and the cliffhanger might either solve it or MC will tell them afterward. Just wait for 0.3 part 1, I'm working on it :D
