The only error message I have in our system for your account was from a day ago before you switched to the new system. It says Account+8255XXXXX@qq.com+is+restricted
. (I redacted part of the email with XXXXX), you can use that to confirm if that’s the person who had issues. If it is, then it’s because of their PayPal account and is not related to our system.
I can’t read any of text in the screenshots you provided of PayPal, so if you could include a translation that would be helpful.
