Nice adventure. Pretty messed up scenario, though. If it were me playing it, I'd wonder if maybe King Hemley deserved to be overthrown, if this is his idea of justice. I also really liked your idea for the mechanic of having items become waterlogged. That's a great way to drive home the feeling of being out in a downpour all day.

I don't see actors as default villains of the adventure, that's the Raven job, at least at the beginning. King Henley was definitely cruel (or incompetent as he couldn't lift the curse, or both) and this is valid point to consider while unraveling module's mistery. Another moral dilemma is whether actors of the play are already independent people and if so do they deserve to die (that's what will happen if masks are somehow taken off).
