The character murmurs are all recordings of myself and then heavily processed, unfortunately I can't quite remember how I did it now. I think I did it with a Bitcrush plug in using LMMS if memory recalls.

Due to the interest for Hagrode and your other lovely games (I'll try all of them in my free time), I decide to join your Cosmic Horrors Jam of this year.
